Hayward Mouton, LICSW-LCSW-C
Deputy Executive and Clinical Director
Hayward Mouton provides clinical administrative oversight over all Life Care programs and mental health clinics to ensure that they remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, codes, and laws. He has a Master’s in Social Work with extensive administrative and direct practice experience in child welfare, behavioral health systems, and human service fields working with high-risk children, youth.
Ashley Barney, LICSW, LMSW
Clinical Manager Core Service Agency
Ashley Barney, LICSW, LMSW serves as the Clinical Manager for Life Care, Inc.'s Core Service Agency (CSA). Ms. Barney provides clinical supervision to both the therapists and Community Support Workers within the department to ensure the program remains in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, codes, and laws and that consumers are receiving appropriate and individualized care. Ms. Barney holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and is a licensed practitioner in both Washington, D.C. and Maryland. She has more than 10 years of experience working in a variety of arenas to include child welfare, school-based support, youth justice, behavioral health, and homelessness both as a direct practitioner and as a supervisor. Ms. Barney aspires to continue to bring mental wellness to the communities in which she lives and serves, through positive engagement, clinical support, and person-centered approaches.
Ayika Foster, LICSW, LMSE, MPH
Clinical Manager Substance Use Disorder Program
Ayika Foster, LICSW, LMSW, MPH serves as the Clinical Manager for Life Care's Substance Use Disorder Program. Her work at Life Care Inc. is centered around maintaining evidenced based practices in treating populations who experience substance use providing appropriate and individualized care and to ensure the program remains in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, codes, and laws. Ms. Foster’s social work career started in Mississippi where she worked with children and families in early childhood education, adolescent mental health, and child welfare. Ayika earned her Master’s Degree in Public Health from University of Southern Mississippi and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Alabama
